Common questions
Is Sadie free for me?
Yes. There's no cost to you. Only your employer pays — $12.99/month for the first active employee, plus $4.99/month for each additional one, everything included.
What do I need to do?
Open a private invite, sign in with Google or email and password, and enter your own name, address, tax choices, and how you like to be paid. Your employer sets the rate and schedule. You'll never type your SSN.
Will my employer see my personal information?
Your employer sees that you finished your part, plus the details needed to run payroll and send pay — name, address, whether federal withholding is on, and your payment handle. Your login is yours. We don't collect Social Security numbers or bank account numbers. We don't sell personal information.
What documents can I get?
After your employer marks a payday sent, you can open your stub in Sadie — wages, taxes, take-home pay, and the history of paydays they've recorded.

Email hello@sadiepay.com and tell us what's confusing. We're humans, not a ticket maze. Estimates in the product still aren't a substitute for a licensed professional.
